President Muhammad Buhari has commissioned Abuja-Kaduna railway with a promise to strictly implement the 25-year strategic vision for Nigerian railways.
According the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) the president made the pledge after a ceremonial train ride from Idu to Kubwa service station in Abuja.
