The Forgery case involving a Former General Superintendent of Assemblies Of God Nigeria Chief Dr Paul Emeka will be coming up today at the Upper Area Court sitting in Gudu Abuja.
At the resumed Sitting on the 26th of July 2016,the matter was adjourned till today the 30th Day Of August 2016 by the Presiding Judge of the Upper Area Court Justice Umar Yusuf Kagarko.
There are strong Indications that Chief Paul Emeka has a Court Order which he will be presenting to the Court today to stay Further Proceeding on the case pending the determination of his Appeal by an FCT High Court.
Chief Paul Emeka was alleged to have forged a Professorial Certificate in 2005
