Governorship Candidate of the All Progressive Grand Allaince(APGA) in the April 11th and 25th Governorship Election in Abia State Dr Alex Otti has asked the Supreme Court to declare him the Governor Of Abia State.
Alex Otti in a Notice Of Appeal Filed before the Supreme Court said that Court Of Appeal erred when the Court held that he was a Medesome Interloper on the Governorship Seat of Abia State.
Dr Alex Otti in his Appeal argued that since Justice Okon Abang findings on the Tax Receiptes submitted by Governor Okezie Ikpeazu showed that he presented a forged Documents to the Independent National Electoral Commission(INEC),then he(Otti) having scored the second highest number of Vote cast in the Election ought to have been declared Governor and not Dr Uche Ogah
