There are strong Indications that the Nigerian Police Force may arrest a Former General Superintendent Of Assemblies Of God Nigeria Chief Dr Paul Emeka before September 19th 2016.
PUO REPORTS can confirm that the Inspector General Of Police Ibrahim Kpotun Idris has gotten the names of its Officers who Compromised in the case number Cr/1081/2015 Cop Vs Rev “Professor Paul Emeka.
Recall that Director Of Public Prosecutions Of The Federation Muhammadu Saidu Diri on behalf of the Honourable Attorney General Of The Federation and Minister of Justice had on 18th of June wrote to the Nigerian Police Force to Forward the Original Case File.
Mrs Charles Okolie ,a Prosecutor from the Ministry Of Justice on the 30th of August 2016 officially took over the Prosecution of the Case from Assemblies Of God Nigeria on behalf of the Attorney General Of The Federation Mr Abubakar Malami (SAN).
The case which is now painting the Nigerian Police Force in bad Light over their Refusal to Charge Chief Dr Paul Emeka to Court has drawn Public Interest due to the natue of the Case which borders on Forgery and Use of Forged Documents which are Punishable with 20years in Jail.
It was gathered that the Order made by Justice Umar Yusuf Kargako of the Upper Area Court on the 4th Of February 2016 has not been vacated by any Court.
The Police which are now afraid due to the Interets of the Chief Law Officer Of The Federation are set to obey the February Court Order on Chief Dr Paul Emeka’s Arrest
