PHOTONEWS: Ibim Seminitari Hands Off from NDDC

Mrs Ibim Seminitari today handed over the management of the Niger Delta Development Commission to Mr Nsima Ekere,the New MD.

The event took place at the Commissions office in Potharcourt Rivers State.
