A Former General Superintendent of Assemblies Of God Nigeria Rev Paul Emeka has after staging over 2 years Legal Battle in Assemblies Of God Nigeria,surrendered and gone on exile outside Nigeria.
Paul Emeka and his Wife Sharon Emeka left Nigeria with an Ethiopian Airline Flight from the Akanu Ibiam International Airport on Tuesday 15th November 2016.
His Media handlers has not refuted the fact that he has left Nigeria,but only claiming that he has gone as a Visiting Lecturer to University of California in the United States Of America.
But Interestingly,Paul Emeka’s Wife Mrs Sharon Emeka has no bussines with the University Of America,yet she left with the Husband with 8Luggage’s.
Supreme Court will hear the Appeal Filed by Rev Paul Emeka on the 29th of November 2016 against the Judgement of the Court of Appeal which had upturned the Judgement of Justice Anthony Onovo of the Enugu Division of the Federal High Court.
It was also gathered,that a magistrate court had issued an arrest warrant against Rev Paul Emeka.
