A Former member of the House of Representatives and Current Rivers State Commissioner For Urban Development Hon. Chinyere Emmanuel Igwe has been arrested by Federal Special Anti Robbery Squad of the Rivers State Police Command.
Chinyere Emmanuel Igwe was arrested at the Portharcourt City Local Government Area Collation Center for allegedly trying to Force the INEC Electoral Officer incharge of the Saturday December 10 election in the Area to announce results brought by the PDP.
