The Supreme Court will today Wednesday January 11 2017 hear the Appeal brought by a Governorship aspirant on the Platform of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) in Abia and President Of Masters Energy Oil and Gas Dr Uchechukwu Ogah.
Uche Ogah had after the Judgement of a panel of Appeal Court Justices presided over by Justice Morenike Ogunwumiju which upturned the Judgement of Justice Okon Abang,proceeded to the Supreme to challenge the Appeal Court Judgement.
However,Yesterday Counsel to Dr Uche Ogah rejected a Panel set up to hear the case,before a new Panel was Reconstituted.
The Case with suit no. SC 717 2016 and SC 719 2016 will be heard Today
