The Supreme Court has postponed hearing on the Appeal Brought by the President Of Masters Energy Oil and Gas and 2014 Governorship aspirant of the PDP in Abia State Dr Uche Ogah against the Appeal Court Judgement which upturned the Judgement of Juistice Okon Abang which sacked Governor Okezie Ikpeazu

The Decision to Postpone Indefinately the Hearing on the Appeal followed a Complaint by one of the Justices in the Panel Justice Amina Augie, that some people wrote a petition against him ( though a woman ). That she has interest in Abia Governor’s case and such, won’t be able to do Justice in the matter.

Consequently, she said that she won’t be part of the Panel. The said petition was published in the newspaper Today before the sitting of the Court.

In view of that development, the Court rose  for a   5 mins recess, and when it came back, the Presiding Judge announced that the  Matter will now be heard in a date to be communicated to the parties.

It will be recalled that yesterday,PUO REPORTS had reported that the case was postponed, but later the court said the will sit as earlier scheduled Today
