Supreme Court To Decide Ikpeazu,Uche Ogah and Alex Otti’s Fate

The Supreme Court will on Wednesday 15th Of February 2017 decide the Appeal filed by the President Of Masters Energy Oil and Gas Dr Uche Ogah against the Judgement of the Court of Appeal which had dismissed his Appeal in 2016.

Uche Ogah is parying the supreme Court to disqualify the Abia State Governor Dr Okezie Ikpeazu on grounds of Forgery and presentation of forged Tax Documents to the Independent National Electoral Commission(INEC).

On his part Governorship candidate of the All Progressive Grand Alliance(APGA) in the 2015 Governorship election in Abia State Dr Alex Otti is praying the Supreme Court to declare him the Governor of the State on grounds that if Ikpeazu is disqualified,it means the Peoples Democratic Party has been disqualified and by virtue of coming second in the Poll,he ought to inherit the Abia State Governorship Seat.

The Supreme Court which adjourned Indefinitely Judgement on the case following the withdrawal of a member of the Panel Justice Amina Augie over a petition previously written against him(her) by one of the parties has fixed Wednesday 15th February 2017 for Judgement
