Governor Okezie Ikpeazu has dissolved the Abia State Executive Council.
Only two Commissioners were spared – Mr. Obinna Oriaku of the Ministry of Finance and Chief Umeh Kalu, SAN, the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice.
This directive also affects the Secretary to the State Government.
Rt. Hon. Eziuche Ubani, the former Commissioner for Works becomes Special Adviser to the Governor on Works.
All aides, including Special Advisers, Senior Special Assistants, Special Assistants and Personal Assistants were affected.
