The Rivers State National and State House of Assemby election petition Tribunal sitting at APO Abuja has upheld the Election of Hon Barry Mpigi,the Lawmaker Representing Oyibo,Eleme/Tai Federal Constituency at the National Assembly.
The Tribunal ruled that the Petition brought by the Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) Dr Jacobsin Nbina lacks merit and it was Subsequently Dismissed
