The Court of Appeal Sitting in Abuja has sacked Senator George Sekibo,the Senator Representing Rivers East Senatorial District on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP).
The Appeal Court Panel also declared Hon Andrew Uchendu of the All Progressive Congress(APC) as the rightful winner of the 2016 National Assembly Rerun for Rivers East Senatorial District.
The Court also order the Independent National Electoral Commission to issue a Fresh Certificate of Return to the New Senator Andrew Uchendu
