Pa Ngele Oruta Township Stadium has been taking over by men of the Ebonyi State neighborhood watch who are on their retrainings and trainings of new recruits.
The Action is to Prevent the Ebonyi State Chapter of the All Progressives Congress from using it for their Proposed Rally today.
