The recently concluded PDP primaries has a lot to say about His Excellency, Atiku Abubakar, GCON.
He won against all odds. I met him one on one in 2005 when he was Vice President. My message was clear to him, YOU WILL BE PRESIDENT. Atiku Abubakar is a child of destiny. You may not have heard this but in his family, he is the first to reach the age of 70 without dying.
All others have been dying before the age of 70. No barrier, no breakthrough. Now that Atiku has won the primaries it’s obvious that the stage is getting set for him to achieve his destiny. He is not perfect, no one is, but I want to believe he is preferable to Buhari. He is never known to be a tribalist. The emergence of Atiku is a good and welcome development. I believe Buhari should get prepared to hand over to Atiku in the next few months. On our part as an organization, Atiku Wins Organisation, AWO, we are more than prepared to mobilize Nigerians to solidly support Atiku Abubakar, the jinx breaker. We have carefully followed him and we strongly believe that Nigerians should give him a chance to transform the country. I’ve had cause to interact with him and I can authoritatively inform you that he is truly a great Democrat.
He believes in consultation and cooperation. He is truly an asset to this nation.
We know it’s never going to be easy but one thing is sure, Atiku is destined to unseat Buhari. Some Nigerians have accused him of corruption but up till this time he has never been tried of corruption cases.
Those who are spreading the news are not being realistic. Atiku is the man to beat come 2019.
