As Abian’s Prepare for the February 2019 Governorship Election,it is quiet expedient to know the Characters jostlin for the Governorship seat of the 27Year Old God’s Own State.
Okezie Victor Ikpeazu(Phd) Elected as the Governor of our Dear State of Abia in 2015 have done marvelously well to be re-elected back as the Governor in 2019 un-opposed,but because of the Constitutional provision,the Governor will once more face other Candidates in the battlefield.
Every Politically inclined Abian will attest to the fact that Abia State does not have any Opposition Political Party,what we have in Abia is a gathering of scavengers seeking to feed on the commonwealth of the state for Selfish and Family Aggrandizement.
A Political Party ready to win Election will Structure its Internal Mechanism before coming to contest for any Political Position,All Progressive Congress and All Progressive Grand Alliance as Political Party’s in Abia State does not have the platform to win Governorship Election currently in Abia State.
Uche Ogah:
Dr Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah is a Good Businessman,but it s clear that he is not and cannot be a good Politician,Bussiness and Politics are two Different platforms where one can make a mark.
Without Being Bias in my Postulations,Dr Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah does not have Governorship electoral Value in Abia State,a man whose Bussiness has gone in Shambles cannot convince a Voter like myself to vote for him,because this state will also be in Shambles if he eventually becomes the Governor,which is not Possible Currently.
Looking at how Uche Ogah hijacked and bribed his way into becoming a factional Governorship candidate of the All Progressive Congress(APC) during the unsuccessful Primaries of the Party,one will be left with no option than to see failure in his Aspiration.
Uche Ogah is only in APC over fears of the hammer of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission(EFCC) for Money Laundry and Financial Crimes,Uche Ogahs name is only found in the lists of those who looted the Oil Sector Dry with his Company.
Ogah being a Good Businessman is also in the wrong Political Party,Federal Might or No Federal Might,Abia people does not like the All Progressive Congress and cant afford to have anything to do with the Party and its Members.
The Best thing for Dr Uche Ogah to do is to go back and re-brand his Business,His Closed Filling Stations which have all gone moribund need to be active Again,Abia Governorship Seat is not for failed Businessmen like Uche Ogah.
Alex Otti:
The Case of Dr Alex Otti is a Compounded and Complex Case with no near Solution,the Former Managing Director of Diamond Bank is indebted to several Banks and Politicians who were deceived by the Crowed that followed him in 2015.
Otti who is now seeking for Political relevance both in the All Progressive Congress Grand Alliance and the All Progressive Congress does not have what it takes to win Governorship Election in Abia by 2019,the odds are against Otti.
Even before the Commencement of the 2019 Campaigns,his Followers Including those who assisted him in winning Election have all abandoned him,accusing him of failing to protect them when they needed him most.
A Man who cannot Protect his Followers cannot Protect Abia State,what Otti should be looking for should be how to clear his Debt and not Power,because that is far from him even in 2019.
Alex Otti is Confused,does not know his Political Party and the Governorship Seat of Abia is still very far from him.
2019 is a Walk-over for the Peoples Governor Dr Okezie Victor Ikpeazu.
In February 2019,Uche Ogah and Alex Otti will be scrambling for Second Position.
