(1) The court of Appeal Enugu Division, affirmed his dismissal from AGN (2) His appeal to supreme court of Nigeria to restore him was dismissed by the supreme court who affirmed the decision of the court of Appeal that affirmed the decision of the general committee that dismissed him. That is the status quo ante bellum. His efforts to re litigate issues of his dismissal by ifeanyichukwu okonkwo who parades himself as a lawyer was dismissed by federal high court Enugu in suits No’s: FHC/EN/CS/120/2017,FHC/EN/CS/121/2018 and FHC/EN/CS/122/2017 with a punitive cost of N2.8M against him for impersonating lawyer. Paul Emeka filed a similar suit in suit no FHC/EN/CS/37/2018 against Corporate Affairs Commission and AGN and 25ors including Nigeria police, praying court to restrain CAC from recognizing AGN Trustees, unfortunately CAC rejected his request, citing the supreme court judgment in Emeka v Okoroafor and issued a certificate of incorporation to AGN where Paul Emeka was removed as a Trustee of AGN.A completed act. Today 4/12/18 the case came up,the court told them that the jurisdiction and the competence of the suit has been challenged admonished parties to maintain status quo till 31/1/2019 when Court will hear the preliminary objection challenging its jurisdiction. The status quo is that Paul Emeka remained dismissed from AGN. Ignore the lies from the pit of hell spread by children of lies and darkness.
