A Magistrate Court in Port Harcourt has granted the Former Commissioner for Urban Development Dr. Reason Onya, Member Rivers State House of Assembly, Hon. Nwanaka Okpokiri and others bail.
Recall that they were arrested by the Military for being in possession of INEC ballot papers, huge sum of money etc, during the February 23rd 2018 Presidential Election in Ahoada West Local Government Area of Rivers State.
