Indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB) and Mossob have rejected the purported ambition of Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu to contest the position of Deputy Senate President describing him as an enemy of the Igbo people.

The two igbo organizations described Dr. Kalu as unfit for such an exalted office owing to his many corruption cases hanging on his neck.

The two organizations made this known in a joint statement signed by Maxi Onyia Ndubuisi and Eze Akabuike at the end of an emergency meeting held at Concord hotel Owerri, capital of Imo State.

Their position was sequel to a publication by a group who described themselves as Urhobo Political Group led by one Jerry Uloho who has no knowledge of the sensitive needs of the Igbo people whose primary concern is to actualize the Biafra Republic hence they vehemently rejected the APC whose vision runs contrary to the Biafra course.

They cautioned strangers to stay away from issues bordering on the collective will of the Igbo people while positing further that Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu is unqualified to hold such exalted office in trust for the Igbo people having betrayed the Igbo people through poor governance in his stint as Governor of Abia State.
