A Notorious Blackmailer Mr Obinna DON Norman has been Arrested today over a 650,000 Cheque Fraud.
Mr Obinna who has been Blackmailing Highly Profile Individuals was arrested today at the Premises of the State High Court Umuahia over a Petition written by one of the Hotel Management in Umuahia where he issued a Bounced Cheque of N650,000 to the management to take care of his Bills.
PUO REPORTS gathered Exclusively that the Abia State Government has no hands over his Arrest.
Norman had finished appearing in Court over a Case of Criminal Defamation on Wednesday at the State High Court before the Police Officers picked him over a Fresh Case of issuing a Bounced Cheque.
