The Chief Judge of Abia State Justice Onuoha Ogwe has freed 13 inmates from the Nigerian Correctional Service Aba.
Recall that President Muhammadu Buhari had given a Marching Orders to the Chief Justice Of Nigeria Honourable Justice Ibrahim Tanko Muhammed to ensure that inmates who had stayed more that 6years at the Correctional Centre were freed in a bid to decongest the Prison Facilities.
