In what appears to be an assassination attempt, Rivers APC strong woman and former NDDC interim board member, Evangelist Caroline Nagbo yesterday evening escaped being killed in Port Harcourt by a lady identified to be a staff of the NDDC.

Evangelist Caroline Nagbo was working inside her floristry garden at GRA junction, Port Harcourt, a private business premises she owned and operated, when a bloody driver, an NDDC staff jumped the mid-sectnion of the road and crossed with high speed of the two-lane roads to the spot where she was working inside her garden.

The impact of the car accident was so much that it almost broke into the room office demarcation on the fence where a child was sleeping.

What still remains unclear is how a driver, now identified to be a staff of the NDDC, could drive at such level of speed within a usually slow-motion junction linking Tombia street, at a T-junction beside Port Harcourt Polo Club, about 50 metres leading to GRA junction of Aba road – flyover construction site.

The matter has been incidented with the Police and is being investigated to ascertain if it’s actually an assassination attempt.
