Hon Mrs Uloma Nwogu has been sworn in as the new Executive Chairman of Obingwa Local Government Area.
Before now, she was the Deputy Chairman of the Local Government Area.
Our correspondent gathered that the fromer Chairman of the Local Government Hon Ibe Nwoke was removed by the majority votes of the Councilors.
