The Labour Party has petitioned the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court over what it described as a plot to stop the Inauguration of Abia State Governor elect Dr Alex Otti as Governor of Abia State come May 29 2023.
In a letter signed by the State Chairman of Labour Party in Abia State Mr Ceekay Igara, the labour party said the PDP was planning to secure an order from the Federal High Court Abuja to thwart the Inauguration of Alex Otti as Governor.
“PDP is still boasting and we anticipate many more of this type of suit aimed at truncating the swearing in of Dr Alex Otti”
