The staff of the Abia State Oil Producing Area Development Commission (ASOPADEC) this morning Thursday 5th October 2023 locked the entrance gate over 4 months unpaid arrears by Governor Alex Otti.
A staff who confirmed the development to PUO REPORTS said their anger is that Governor Alex Otti has refused to release money for payment of salaries despite the the strange dialy thumbprinting instructed by the General Manager who has not in a day introduced himself for the staff since his appointment as the commission’s general manager.
