President Of Masters Energy Oil and Gas Dr Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah is praying a Chieftain of the All Progressive Congress(PAC) Chief Bola Ahmed Tinubu to intervene and help him out over the criminal case instituted against him by the Nigerian Police.
It will be recalled that Dr Uche Ogah and others were arraigned before a Tinubu Magistrate Court presided over by Chief Magistrate, Mrs. Kikelomo Ayeye on the 16th of June 2016 for forging a Memorandum of Understanding between Masters Energy Oil and Gas Limited and Mut-Hass Petroleum Limited
PUO REPORTS reported yesterday that Uche Ogah’s criminal case was adjourned to October 10th 2016 by Chief Magistrate, Mrs. Kikelomo Ayeye after an APC Chieftain in Lagos called the Magistrate on her way to the court sitting Today 4th August 2016 .
Investigations has revealed that Mr Uche Ogah has reached to Chief Bola Tinubu to intervene over the criminal charges against him.
It was gathered that Uche Ogah agreed to all the terms given to him by Chief Bola Tinubu including sharing Abia Monthly allocation if helped to scale through the legal hurdles
