Rivers State governor Barrister Nyesom Wike is on his way to Supreme Court following the rulling of Justice Dougban Memsen led panel of Appeal court which upheld the Earlier Judgement of the Rivers State Governorship election petition tribunal which ordered INEC to conduct a fresh election in Rivers State within 90days.

According to one of the lawyers in the Legal Team of governor Nyesom Wike, they are heading to the Supreme Court.
