The Court of Appeal sitting in ABUJA has nullified the election of Hon.Barr.B.S Emerengwa of the PDP For IKWERRE/Emohua Federal Constituency Election.

Hon Chidi Wihioka of the APC had approached the Appealat Court praying it to upturn the decision of the Tribunal which had earlier upheld the election of the PDP’s candidate.
The Appeal court headed by Justice Gumel,while delivering Judgement stated that the ruling given by the Tribunal cannot stand,therefore INEC Should conduct a fresh election within 90days in IKWERRE/Emohua Federal Constituency
