The people of ogoni in Rivers State are not happy with the Rivers State governor Barr Nyesom Wike over the appointment of a man they described as an ach Enemy ,Chief Adokiye Amasiamaka as Chairman governing council,Kenula Polytechnic Bori.
The ogonis anger are hinged on the fact that in 1995 Barr Adokiye Amasiamaka as the Attorney General and commissioner for Justice supervised the hanging of Kenule Sarowiwa,a renowned Environmentalist to Death.
According to Ken Sarowiwas younger brother Dr.Wiwa,the then Rivers State military administrator Retired Connel Dauda Musa Komo drove in the same car with Adokiye Amasiamaka to supervise the hanging of Ken Sarowiwa and other 8 ogonis who were sentenced to death by the military Administration of Late Gen.Sanni Abacha.
Sources close to The Wiwa family who spoke to PUO REPORTS on condition of anonynymity stated that the appointment of Adokiye Amasiamaka is a humiliation of The Ogonis by governor Nyesom Wike
