The Tribunal Judge Justice Abdukadir Pindiga declared the
pre-liminary objection brought by Emmanue Ukala,counsel to the Rivers State
Governor Barr,Nyesom Wike as waste of Time and no effect.

Recall that following the rulling of the National Assembly
election which struck out two petitions brought by the APC candidates Dawari George and Lucky Odili in
Asari-Toru/Akukuo Toru Federal Constituencies on the grounds that the APC
candidates did not comply with the 21days notice to INEC as stipulated in the electoral act,Wike
also went to Court praying it to declare Dakuku Peterside as Ineligible.
