The Rivers State Government has denied any court ruling that reinstated the 22 APC Chairmen who were sacked by Justice Lambo Akanbi of the Portharcourt Federal High Court last Friday July 9 2015.
The Government was reacting to news making round that an Industial court sitting in Yenagoa reinstated the APC Chairmen.
The state Government spoke through the Attoney General of Rivers State Barr.Emma Aguma (SAN)
“it is not true that the court reinstated the 22 APC Chairmen,what the court ruled today in Yenagoa has nothing to do with the rulling of Justice Lambo Akanbi,so the CTC Chairmen remains untouched”
Recalled that an Inudustrial court in Yenagoa earlier today ordered the 22 APC Chairmen to return to various positions/
