the candidate of the APC Mr.Ogbonna Nwuuke,had filled series of motion bordering
on eligibility of the APC candidate to contest the election and the jurisdiction
of the court to hear the petition brought before it.

The Tribunal while delivering its Judgement Saturday
maintained that the panel was not set up to look into pre-election matters or
disputes arising as a result of the conduct of various parties Primaries,but
to look into allegation of electoral fraud and irregularities.
