Information reaching PUO REPORTS indicates that the court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has fixed Tomorow Wednesday 16 2015 for Judgement on the Appeal Filed by governor Nyesom Wike against the Earlier Judgement of the Rivers State Governorship election petition tribunal which nullified his election.

Before now, there were speculation that the Judgement of the Court would come today.
But a lawyer to one of the two major contenders in the litigation told PUO REPORTS that the court has fixed Tomorow for judgement.

It will be recalled that the Rivers State Governorship election petition tribunal had ordered INEC to conduct a fresh election in Rivers State on grounds that the April 11 Governorship election in Rivers State was not conducted in companies with the electoral guidlines
