The Justice Oyebisi Omoleye led five-member Appeal court panel which ordered that Alex Otti of the All Progressives Grand Alliance be Inaugurated as the Governor of Abia State after disenfranchising over 300,000 Registered voters was no doubts a Judicial terrorism and gang up against Governor Okezie Ikpeazu.

The earlier Panel constituted to hear and deliver judgment on the Appeal by Alex Otti against the judgement of Justice Usman Bwala led Abia governorship election petition tribunal were changed with executioners from Lagos who came for Special Assignment.

The verdict of the Appeal Court Panel cannot stand the scrutiny of the learned Justices of the Supreme Court that are known for Upholding Justice as the last Hope for the common Man.

It was wrong for the Justice Oyebisi Omoleye led five-member Appeal court panel to say that the Returning Officer For Abia State governorship election lacks powers to cancel an already entered election and still went ahead to declare Alex Otti winner of the April 11 and 25th Supplementary governorship election in Abia State.

Surely there are hands that are yet to be seen that are behind this evil gang up against Ikpeazu, but they will fail
