The Seven member Supreme Court Panel of Justices has alerted the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance in the April 11 and 25th 2015 governorship election in Abia State Dr Alex Otti that he is on a hot Soup
Their alert to Dr Alex Otti followed a failed attempt to struggle in an Application which will make it possible for the Cross Appeal Filed by Otti to be included on the Appeal by Governor Okezie Ikpeazu against the judgement of Justice Oyebisi Omoleye led five-member Appeal court panel.
Lead Counsel of Alex Otti Chief Akin Olujinmi tried to present an application to be included in Appeal 18 which is the main Appeal by Governor Okezie Ikpeazu, but the Supreme Court caught up with him and told him that he is on a hot Soup.
PUO REPORTS Learnt that Alex Otti Lawyers made mistake to add that motion on Appeal 35 which is the Cross Appeal instead of Appeal 18.
