BREAKING: Order By An FCT High Court To Paul Emeka Expires

The Ex Parte Order granted by Justice K.N Ogbonnaya of the Federal Capital Territory High Court 34  Abuja to the Ex-Communicated Former General Superintendent of Assemblies Of God Nigeria Chief Dr Paul Emeka ,for the Upper Area Court to stay Proceedings has expired.

 Ex parte matters are usually temporary orders (like a restraining order or temporary custody) pending a formal hearing or an emergency request for a continuance. Most jurisdictions require at least a diligent attempt to contact the other party’s lawyer of the time and place of any ex parte hearing.

The Suspended,Dismissed and Dis-Fellowshiped former General Superintendent of Assemblies Of God Nigeria Chief Dr Paul Emeka had gone to the Federal High Court 34 to secure an Order restraining Justice Umar Yusuf Kargako of the Upper Area Court from taken further action against him pending the outcome of his appeal against the February 4th order asking the Nigerian Police Force to arrest and produce Paul Emeka for trial for forging a University of Derby Certificate.

When the matter came up for ruling on the 25th of May 2016,Chief Dr Paul Emeka through his Law J.U Ajji and R.O. Agama smuggled a letter dated May 24th 2016 that they couldnt appear in court due to sickness and other matters,praying that the Court adjourned to June 27th or 29th 2016

Justice Umar Yusuf Kargako for the interest of Justice fixed Monday June 27th for ruling on the Application brought before it by Paul Emeka seeking for a stay of proceedings pending the outcome of his Appeal at the Federal High Court Abuja.

On Monday 22nd June 2016,Justice K.N Ogbonnaya gave an ex parte Order to Chief Dr Paul Emeka for the Upper Area Court to stay proceedings pending the determination of his Appeal.

PUO REPORTS has exclusively learnt that Lawyers to Chief Dr Paul Emeka has been unable to serve the Incorporated Trustees of Assemblies Of God Nigeria as the Law demands,and the order has Seven days validity starting from that June 22nd it was Issued.

The Lawyer representing the Incorporated Trustees of Assemblies Of God Nigeria Barr Ifeanyi Nwaeze has not been served as Well.
