Uche Ogah Vs Ikpeazu: Appeal Court Begins Hearing

The Court of Appeal will today Tuesday the 26th Day of July 2016 begin Hearing of the Appeal filed by Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State against the Judgement of Justice Abang Okon of the Federal High Court which had asked him to vacate office for the President Of Masters Energy Oil and Gas Dr Uche Ogah.

Justice Abang Okon had on the 27th of June 2016 disqualified Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State on grounds that the tax information’s he presented to the Independent National Electoral Commission were forged Documents.

The Independent National Electoral Commission within 48hours of that Judgement issued Dr Uche Ogah a Certificate of return

The Court of Appeal will today hear the Appeal by Governor Okezie Ikpeazu and the Application for stay of execution of the June 30th Judgement of the Federal High Court
