The Attorney General and Minister Of Justice Mr Abubakar Malami(SAN) has assured the public that a Former General Superintendent of Assemblies Of God Nigeria Rev Paul Emeka will face Justice over the Forgery case against him.
Recall that the Attorney General and Minister Of Justice recently took over the Prosecution from the Incorporated Trustees of the Assemblies Of God Nigeria.
The Minister stated in clear terms that he wont compromise on the case,even as he assured that the Law will take its cause.
Malami who has been briefed by the Lawyer who took over the case at the Upper Area Court on Tuesday 30th August 2016 said he will study previous proceedings and amen the charges where Neccessary
