Jibrin flees to London on exile, alleges that Dogara wants to assassinate him

Hon. Abdulmumin Jibrin, the former Chairman on Appropriation, who is currently under suspension, has moved to the United Kingdom on exile as he alleges that his life is under treat.

According to Mr. Jibrin who just recently received an award in London for his whistle blowing activities, during a programme on Ben Television in London, he noted that his security is no longer guaranteed, therefore, he cannot remain in the Nigeria.
He added that a five-man cabal (Deputy Speaker, Yusuf Lasun; Minority Leader, Leo Ogor; House Whip Alhassan Ado-Doguwa and a member, Herma Hembe), led by Hon. Yakubu Dogara, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, was plotting to kidnap or assassinate him or members of his family.
Mr. Jibrin also noted that the silence of the presidency on the budget scandal is no longer sending the right message to Nigerians.
