Justice Monima Danagogo of the Rivers State High Court Yesterday Declared the Stool of Eze Epara Rebisi held by Eze Victor Nnanta Woluchem, Eze Epara Rebisi and Paramount Ruler of Port Harcourt Vacant.
The Order followed a Suit brought by Barrister Uche Isaiah Elikwu who went to Court to challenge the Issuance of Certificate of Recognition by the Immediate Past Administration of Rt Hon Chibuike Amaechi.
The Court also Ordered The withdrawal of the Certificate of Recognition issued to Hrm Eze Victor Nnanta Woluchem
Justice Monima Danagogo is also the head of the panel of enquiry set up by Governor Nyesom Wike to investigatene violence and killings in the elections in rivers state
