The Supreme Court has Shifted Indefinately hearing on the matter between the President Of Masters Energy Dr Uche Ogah and Abia State Governor Dr Okezie Ikpeazu .
The Case with suit no. SC 717 2016 and SC 719 2016.Scheduled to be heard at the supreme court Abuja tomorrow the 11th of January 2017 has been postponed and a new date is to be communicated to all the parties involved.
The development was communicated to parties through the Chief Registrar of the Court
It will be recalled that Uche Ogah had approached the Supreme Court praying it to upturn the Judgement of the Court and Appeal and uphold the Decision of Justice Okon Abang of the Federal High Court which had sacked Governor Okezie Ikpeazu
