BREAKING: Supreme Court strikes out Ali Modu Sheriff’s application

The supreme court has struck out an application by the National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, 

 Ali Modu Sheriff, asking the court not to hear the appeal of Ahmed Makarfi.
