A chieftain of All Progressives Grand Alliance in Abia state, Mike Agbara has disclosed that Alex Otti, former governorship candidate of APGA in 2015 poll, will contest the 2019 governorship election of Abia state.
This is even as he criticized the PDP-led government in Abia for failing to bring democracy dividends to the doorsteps of Abians.
Agbara who made the disclosure shortly after the south east zonal summit of National Alliance Against Drug Abuse held at Damgrette hotels in Umuahia, the state capital said,”I can authoritatively tell you that my principal, Dr. Alex Otti is strongly in the race because it is a task that must be done to regain Abia state”.
” I want to also tell you that we are restructuring. We are working and at the fullest of time, we will unveil it to Abians”.
“You see people decamping from one party to another because of stomach infrastructure.
And that is not what we stand for. We stand for regaining the freedom So, anyone leaving Dr. Alex Otti because stomach infrastructure, I pity the person”.
