SCHOLAR ZAINAB Takes Her CAPSTONE Project On Sokoto Air by Ibrahim Yasir

Scholar Zainab Yunusa, a 300 level Biology student of Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto, chooses another approach in implementing the capstone project that qualifies her for being inducted as an Initiative for Sound Education, Relationship & Health (ISERH) Associate Ambassador, as she was on the GARKUWA FM 95.5 to speak to the entire people of Sokoto State in both English language which was aired between 7:15am and 8:00am, and Hausa language that was aired between 9:00am and 10:00am same day, on the topics: Strategies to Achieving One’s Dream, and The Importance of Education for Peace and Development.
Pen pushing gathered that the project was used to commemorate the International Day of Education that was adopted by the United Nations General Assembly on Monday, December 3rd, 2018.
Zainab shared with her heterogeneous audience, the need to achieving one’s dream and the importance of education.
 “Setting a goal, Creating a plan of actions, Eliminating bad habits, Imbibing self discipline, Mitigating distractions, avoiding procastination, and time management are tips to achieving one’s dream” she said.
She also encouraged parents to invest in the education of their kids as these kids are the better tomorrow they seek to have, if they commit their today’s earning towards banking on the kids’ education. She called for peace, tolerance, and friendliness among the people, irrespective of their religious, political, and ethnic divides.
She extends her gratitude to the Manager of Garkuwa FM 95.5 for the opportunity granted her to speak to the entire people of Sokoto State.
Having successfully implemented this project, Scholar Zainab Yunusa is said to have fulfilled all the requirements expected of her to graduate and get inducted as an ISERH Associate Ambassador, and she shall have unrestricted access to the resources available on the Ambassadors Portal – starting from Saturday 9th of February, 2019, immediately after their convocation and induction ceremony on the class platform.
Initiative for Sound Education, Relationship & Health (ISERH), Undergraduate Studies is a FREE online course where African undergraduates and fresh graduates are trained (via whatsapp class) by professionals, for a period of 5 months (minimum) on leadership, socio-economic, relationship and entrepreneurial skills.
The students of the course are referred to as SCHOLARS, and upon the fulfilment of 75% attendance rate, 50% facebook engagement rate, filling of online graduation form, and implementation and reporting of capstone project, they get convocated and inducted as ISERH Associate Ambassadors.
This gives them unrestricted access to ISERH Ambassadors Portal, where they can freely have one-on-one chats with a group or individual Ambassadors and their facilitators, have access to internship, fellowship, jobs adverts; audio/video lectures; books; and lots more.
