Chelsea will have to pay £80 million ($106m) if they want to prise Wilfried Zaha away from Crystal Palace, claims the Evening Standard.
The Eagles are aware of interest from the Blues and have made it clear that they will not be dropping an asking price which was set amid much transfer speculation over the summer.
