Abia State Governor Dr Okezie Victor Ikpeazu says he will be exiting office as a fulfilled man having touched several areas within the last 8years.
“To have secured our dear state for 8 years, delivered over 250 roads, built over 750 new classroom blocks with 4 model schools, sent over 250 Abia Youths on Scholarships abroad and will be Commisoning over 11 projects in the next one week, I feel fulfilled”
