The Provost of Abia State College of Education, Technical Arochukwu, Dr Philips Nto has handed over to the Deputy Provost, Mr Ikechukwu Okorouga in compliance with the directives of the state Governor Dr Alex Otti.
It will be recalled that there was an outcry from Abians over the non inclusion of Dr Nto on the list of those to hand over and vacate offices.
PUO reports gathered that following the outcry, Governor Alex Otti personally called the Rector who is his kinsman to hand over.
The handover ceremony held yesterday June 7th 2023 at the institutions premises in Arochukwu.
