The Upper Area Court in Gudu Abuja will today rule on the Application Filed by lawyers to Paul Emeka seeking that the Judge withold further action pending the outcome of the Appeal he filed against the order to arrest him Him.
The Court had on February ordered the Nigerian Police to produce Rev Dr Paul Emeka to court on the 31 of March 2016.
But on the said Date, Lawyers to Paul Emeka told the Court to pause action pending the outcome of his Appeal against the February Order.
The Judge had adjourned till on May 5 2016 as the Date he will rule on the Application
