Rivers State University will on Monday 19 November 2018 resume lectures for 2018/2019 Academic Session.
This was disclosed in an emergency meeting held today by the school management, Committee of Provost and Deans
The management said that lectures for 2018/2019 Academic Session for all students would begin with effect from Monday, 19th November, 2018.
Consequently, I am directed to convey the above decision and advise that you should comply accordingly.
Recall that the state government has given a directive to the management that if Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU do not call off the strike by weekend, the school will break out from ASUU.
