The Independent National Electoral Commission has declared Elder Chidi Whihioka of the All Progressive Congress winner of the National Assembly Rerun for Ikwerre,/Emohua Federal Constituency.
Elder Chidi Whihioka of the APC polled 55092 Votes to defeat Barr B Emerengwa of the PDP who polled 7818,to be returned winner.
